Post 4: How green are you?

 

When I was a kid, in my school, I participated in a environmental team with my friends.  We participated in recycling activities, we manifested in the streets “for the planet”.  These activities were very common in the primary school. I cared all my actions to protect the planet earth. But, today, I don`t practice the recycling. Because, I forget it. :c

In my regular activities, I move mainly on foot, I don`t use vehicles and bicycle, because I don`t have it. About the environmental organizations, I don`t participate in that. Regrettably, I use my time in the university. The study takes up a lot of time in my day. But, I would like to recycle and protect the planet.

My carbon footprint it`s low, I use the metro and bus when I travel in Santiago. And with the pandemic, everything is in online mode, which reduced the use of paper in my university.

Santiago lacks commitment and organization, but, it`s everyone`s responsibility to change this situation.
